Call for Proposals for Full Scale Demonstration Projects
The EC-ASEAN COGEN Programme Phase III is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for Full Scale Demonstration Projects (FSDP). The FSDP scheme, financed by the EC, makes available a financial support of up to a maximum of 400,000 euro per project for cogeneration installations in ASEAN involving European equipment.
Projects eligible for the financial support must be cogeneration systems using biomass, gas or coal as fuel and must be commercially commissioned by 31 December 2004. Eligible projects will be evaluated and selected based on designated criteria described in the Call for Proposals documentation.
The deadline for reception of applications is 11 February 2003 at 1600hrs local time Thailand. Any application received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered.
